Skimmed Milk Powder, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Oil, Inulin, Thickeners (Gum Arabic, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Lactose, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Milk Proteins, Stabiliser (Sodium Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose), Colours (Ammonia Caramel, Beta-Carotene), Flavouring, Vitamins and Minerals*, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Antioxidants (Tocopherol-rich Extract, Sodium Ascorbate), *Vitamins and Minerals: Vitamin C, Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin E, Ferrous Sulphate, Niacin, Zinc Oxide, Copper, Gluconate, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Vitamin A, Manganese Sulphate, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Biotin, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenite, Vitamin D.

Directions

– Take 250 ml of cold skimmed milk

– Add 2 level scoops of powder to the milk (scoop in tub)

– Shake well for approximately 20 seconds. For best results use a blender and ice.
