We deliver from Monday-Saturdays (9am-6pm). Orders can be submitted via our website, but will not be processed, delivered on the following major holidays

• New Year’s Day (January 1st)
• Christmas Day (December 25th)
• Day After Christmas (December 26)

Find below the processing times and the estimated delivery times for various regions. Delivery rates are based on package weight, size, and distance delivered.

GREATER ACCRA

Same day delivery for orders placed before 9am, orders placed after 9am will be processed and delivered the next working day.

OTHER REGIONS

Full payment of products and delivery fee must first be confirmed via any of our payment methods for all regional orders. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered within 1-3 working days. Our regional delivery channels includes FedEx, Ford, Metro Mass, VIP, OA & STC. Arrival time for regional orders may vary depending on location.
